Kristen Stants, MILR

Chief People Officer

As FogPharma’s chief people officer, Kristen Stants leads the development, implementation and alignment of Fog’s people strategy. She is a seasoned HR executive with experience in HR strategy and talent management, leadership development and coaching, succession planning, career development and performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change management. 

Prior to FogPharma, Kristen was the chief people officer at Magenta Therapeutics. Before that, she was the head of global talent strategy at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Patheon Pharmaceuticals. She also spent 10 years at Biogen heading the leadership development function and as HR business partner supporting R&D. Kristen’s early career began in management consulting at Aon, where she led the research for Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. 

Kristen completed a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR), with a concentration in organizational behavior, from Cornell University. She holds a B.S. in psychology and business from the University of Oregon.
